NEXT DAY delivery is available Monday to Friday if ordered before 2pm. Goods ordered on a Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next UK working day, normally a Monday (this excludes Public/Bank Holidays).

You will receive a SMS/email notification enabling you to track your parcels progress with 3-5 touch points its journey. It will also give you an estimated date and time of your orders arrival. (The only exception for this is if a non-tracked service is chosen for USA/Australia - if this is chosen Cordners cannot be held responsible for missing parcels).
All International Shipping Rates are based on a maximum weight of 2kgs. For orders that exceed 2kg we will contact you to discuss a further payment to cover the extra costs incurred.
Royal Mail Safeplace Delivery: If there is no recipient in to accept your parcel(s), Royal Mail may choose to deliver them to a Safeplace location at the address, if our postman or postwoman deems that location to be suitable. In that case, they will also leave a “Something For You” card explaining where the parcel(s) is located. If they are unable to find a suitable Safeplace and cannot deliver to a neighbour, they will return your parcel(s) to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and leave a “Something For You” card at the address.
We aim to deliver all orders within specified delivery times. For reasons beyond our control this may on occasions be longer. In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible to notify you - you are entitled to cancel the order at this stage should the delayed delivery be inconvenient.
In the event the order arrives damaged i.e. there is visible damage to either the goods or packaging we ask that you refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you straight away.
We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.

Click and Collect
How does Click and Collect work?
It's free to collect your order in-store.
When placing your order, upon entering your postcode you will be able to select Click and Collect Ballymoney or Click and Collect Newtownards should you wish to do so. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive an email from us when your order is available for collection in your chosen store.
What happens if I’m unable to collect my order from your store?
If you place a Click and Collect order, you have 7 days from receiving our email that your order is in store to collect your order.
We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances preventing you from collecting your order. If this is the case, please contact us on (028) 2766 3265 or email email@example.com and we will try our best to extend your collection period.
Should you not collect your order within the 7 days and you do not contact us, we will refund your order to your original method of payment and send the items back to our warehouse.
